RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

At Chocolate & Me (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), we strive to ensure that all products are delivered in the best possible condition. However, due to the perishable nature of chocolates, returns are strictly not accepted once the order has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

To initiate a request, the User must provide clear photographic or video proof of the damaged or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us through the official communication channels listed on our Website.

All refund or replacement requests will be subject to verification and approval by the Company. The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the purchased product in question. No further claims shall be entertained.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
