Welcome to www.chocolateandme.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Chocolate & Me (the “Company”, “Us” or “We”). By accessing, browsing, or using this Website or purchasing products via the Website, phone numbers, or associated platforms such as Facebook (collectively, the “Platform”), You (“User”, “Yourself”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”). If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or any other policies, You may not access or use the Platform.


1. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes as applicable.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partners, unforeseen delays, or Your location.

  • Accurate delivery details must be provided by the User. The Company shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Product Storage & Shelf Life

  • All chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

  • The shelf life of products is mentioned on the packaging. The Company is not liable for product quality issues arising from improper storage by the User.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of:

    • Proven product defect, or

    • Incorrect product delivered.

  • In such cases, liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product and subject to review by the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the product purchased.

  • The Company shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the Platform or Products.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Chocolate & Me. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.

  • The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
