Chocolate & Me began with a simple belief: that the best chocolate doesn't need to travel across the world to reach you — it can be grown, fermented, roasted, and crafted right here, wholly in India.

We're a woman-led, bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Bengaluru, working directly with Indian cacao farmers to source premium, organic beans from sustainable farms. Every bar we make starts at the source — not with imported couverture, but with real cacao pods, handpicked for quality and carrying the true essence of where they were grown.

From there, it's a slow, deliberate craft. Our beans are naturally fermented and sun-dried to unlock their depth of flavor, then roasted and cracked to release their signature aroma. We stone-grind and refine every batch by hand, preserving the authentic richness of the cacao rather than masking it — no shortcuts, no fillers, just chocolate the way nature intended.
